Hello!! My name is Juan and I am a passionate drummer and musician. I have played in Rock, Latin, Funk, and Jazz bands, and have over ten years of experience teaching, touring, and recording. I studied Jazz drums with the Jazz Studies program at the University of Florida and am now located in Brooklyn, NY. I am currently offering drum-set lessons at my private studio space in North Bushwick. I teach students how to explore the drums their own way by focusing on the basics and playing the music they like. I am also a bass player, so my students have the advantage of playing with another musician. I have experience teaching all ages and offer in-home lessons.
